Subconscious Rewiring is so important!

“Remove the weeds of your subconscious and Plant new seeds to grow”

This came to me while quietly meditating.

I’ve gotten heavily into rewiring/reprogramming my subconscious mind after realizing all the unnecessary shit built up in there over time, that were negatively effecting my present day and ability to make more aligned choices. Only In recent years did I really come to understand, believe, and learn we can have control over our thoughts, beliefs, actions, emotions and that we can change them at any point. It does take time, patience and plenty of hard work, but I personally find it fulfilling and totally worth it especially if your life is spiraling downward.

As living proof that this actually works, it makes me want to scream it out to the world along with whoever else is on this same vibe. It feels as if I found a special key to life. I haven’t found people yet enthused with this knowledge around me, but I choose to share what I experience and learn as I go wherever I can, as a way to show others its acceptable to self express and to transform yourself. It’s a bonus to also to be planting seeds for those who eventually will be open to it. It is the way to set yourself free and that’s what I wish for others, to be living their versions of success and freedom. A large part of it starts all with your mind and what you believe!

Things that help Reprogram my Subconscious:

Dedicating time to focus on reprogramming (I do the most lol, but start where you can, any time towards the work is beneficial)

Learning from other valuable sources/teachers, researching

Seeing a therapist

Practice gratitude, mindfulness

Listening to meditations, subliminals/binaurals

Being aware of overall self and thoughts, feelings, Self reflecting

Stop giving power to every thought

Strengthening intuition

Listening to uplifting music

Reminding myself whatever I choose to watch for entertainment is not what I am personally experiencing or factual (I love horror movies & don’t intend to stop watching lol)

Less news and social media, finding healthier ways to use it

Being aware of when I am triggered by others expressing their beliefs and learning not to absorb it if its not aligned with my personal beliefs

Journaling, shadowwork, analyzing, deciding whether the belief serves me or not, eliminating it and creating a new, healthier belief in its place.

The new belief may take time to stick but it will just like all that’s been building over time, so you have nothing to lose! Try it for yourself, your future self will thank you.
